ORDERS & DELIVERY | Òrduighean is Lìbhrigeadh
Delivery
Applecross Croft currently deliver to Scotland, Wales and England. We cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes. We may add further destinations as our business grows.
We use our local post office and Royal Mail 48 hour tracked and signed where possible for our scarves. Our cards are priced separately.
Delivery is £5 for our scarves.
Unfortunately our remote rural location in the Scottish Highlands adds days to the limited postal services open to us and even if we pay for next day delivery it will not be delivered the next day.
We can take up to three weeks to ship orders, this allows us to accommodate times when we are working away.
We are a small independent business and we rely on the patience of our wonderful customers to allow us to operate our business alongside our crofting life.
Shipping
Applecross Croft is a business run part-time alongside our working croft and other work commitments. With our remote, rural postal service we support our part-time post office if we can. We are not a fast turnaround shipping business. It may take two to three weeks before we ship an item. If you need an item rapidly by all means contact us to request a quicker dispatch and we will do what we can. Our remote location means that certain postal service are not available or do not operate within the usual national timeframes. Once shipped items will likely take longer from Applecross than they may from areas of denser population and services.
We ship items in paper/card packaging when possible. Most of our packaging can be re-used or composted.
We are only shipping within the UK at this time with the exception of Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. We can ship to Scotland, England and Wales.
You can read our shipping policy here.
Damage in Transit
If your packaging is damaged please take photographs of this prior to opening. Open the packaging and inspect your item for any damage. If your item has been damaged please contact us within three days of receipt of your item and report to us what the issue is. Our shipper may contact you directly if we make a claim in order to gain detaills directly from you. Applecross Croft or our shipping companies may ask for photographs of both the damaged packaging, content and item.
